Filling the form is easy and takes only a few minutes. Our team is here to help you. After processing your registration we are going to get in touch with you for additional details. You submit a form describing a developer needed over a period of time or indefinitely. After a successful finish of the registration we can start looking for a perfect candidate.

We look for the perfect match

We assess all requests to ensure that all assignments are relevant and realistic. After request is made available for the network partners to submit their candidates. We contact almost one hundred software companies. We send your inquiry to our partners and ask for the available candidates with expertise and skills matching the role and technologies you look for. You can expect report with CVs up to 10 candidates.

  • Your feedback is expecting on 10th day. You have a three working days.
  • You will get a Second Report on 14th day after sending Hire form.
  • Your feedback is expecting on 20th day. You have a three working days.

    Proposals

Hire your next developer superstar

As easy as it sounds, two rounds of screening is over in three weeks. Partners will submit their proposals for each request they have capacity for and are willing to engage with. You will choose your favorite candidates from report of interested candidates. The buyer compares proposals, scores them and initiates dialogues with the most appealing vendors. We will help you to schedule a video call with all of the candidates that you would like to meet.

Winner selected

After assessing different vendors and conducting necessary conversations the buyer choses the one that gets the assignment. A standard agreement is signed between the parties through Tendelin. The terms are the same for all and are in line with local market standards.
