Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients within the Marketing, Advertising, and Publishing sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively pitch services and products.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Outbound Sales, preferably within the Marketing, Advertising, or Publishing industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for data management and analysis.
  • Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
